Biography
Jeffrey A. Muriceak was born in Altoona, Pennsylvania. He graduated magna cum laude from Juniata College in Huntingdon, Pennsylvania in 1991, receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in History/Business. He received his Juris Doctor in 1995 from The Dickinson School of Law, where he served as Notes Editor of the The Dickinson Law Review. Mr. Muriceak was admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania in 1995 and was admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania in 1999. He is currently a member of the Pennsylvania and Blair County Bar Associations and serves as an Informal Hearing Officer for the Altoona Housing Authority. He also serves as solicitor for Frankstown Township and the Diocese of Altoona-Johnstown. Mr. Muriceak concentrates his practice in the following areas: Estate Administration/Litigation, Wills/POAs/Living Wills, Family Law (Divorce, Property Division, Alimony, Custody, Visitation, Child Support and Spousal Support), Municipal Law, Bankruptcy, and Real Estate.
