He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics in History in 1993 from Juniata College in Huntingdon, Pennsylvania, graduating cum laude. He obtained his Juris Doctor in 1996 from The Dickinson School of Law, Carlisle, Pennsylvania. Mr. Brenner was admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania in 1996 and was admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania in 1997. He is currently a member of the Blair County Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.
