Amy Orr Rosensteel

Amy Orr Rosensteel was born and raised in Altoona, Pennsylvania. She graduated summa cum laude from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania in 1987 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in history, and received her Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law in 1990. She was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 1990. She is a member of the Pennsylvania and Blair County Bar Associations. Ms. Rosensteel serves as solicitor for Blair Senior Services, Inc., and previously served for many years as solicitor for the Blair County Chamber of Commerce and Blair County Children, Youth and Families. Ms. Rosensteel helped to establish the Blair County Family Drug Court. She has served on the Boards of the Altoona Area School District Foundation (where she previously served as President), the Central Pennsylvania Digital Learning Foundation, the Geriatric Interest Network, and Altoona Community Theatre. Ms. Rosensteel has been a Senior Attorney at Evey Black since 1995 and concentrates her practice in the following areas: Estate Administration, Wills/POA's/Living Wills/Trusts, Medicaid & Nursing Home Planning, and Real Estate.
