Amy Orr Rosensteel was born October 27, 1965 in Altoona, Pennsylvania. She graduated summa cum laude from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania in 1987 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in history, and received her Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law in 1990. She was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 1990. She is a member of the Blair County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations, and is a member of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Section of the Pennsylvania Bar. Ms. Rosensteel serves as solicitor for the Blair County Chamber of Commerce, Blair County Children Youth and Families and for Blair Senior Services, Inc. She also is a licensed title agent for First American Title Insurance Company. Ms. Rosensteel helped to establish the Blair County Family Drug Court. She has served on the Boards of the Altoona Area School District Foundation (where she previously served as President) and the Central Pennsylvania Digital Learning Foundation. She presently serves on the Board of the Geriatric Interest Network. She has been a partner at Evey Black since 1995 and concentrates her practice in the following areas: Elder Law, Estate Administration, Medicaid & Nursing Home Planning, Guardianships, Real Estate and Wills/POA's/Living Wills/Trusts.
