A firm, yet compassionate approach to divorce and custody matters.

The family law attorneys of the firm Jeffrey Muriceak, Justin Witt and Danielle Donivan approach the practice of family law with a personal and compassionate attitude. Attorney Muriceak has practiced for over 20 years and has handled all aspects of family law practice during this time. Attorney Justin Witt, although a more recently licensed attorney, gained significant experience prior to joining Evey Black Attorneys LLC in 2013 while serving as a judicial clerk for nearly two years in the Delaware family court system, where he assisted three family law judges in making decisions and writing opinions and orders in cases of divorce, division of assets and debts, child custody, support and termination of parental rights. Attorney Danielle Donivan comes to Evey Black Attorneys LLC with the kind of character, attention to detail and conscientious approach that when combined with the experience of Attorneys Muriceak and Witt will provide our clients with even more efficient service. All attorneys and their family law paralegal work directly with clients, providing the individual attention and range of options that family law matters deserve. From the start, the firm’s family law attorneys will spend time with their clients to discover their goals, their values and the approach they wish to take in their case.

The assistance of an experienced attorney in family law matters can be invaluable, and our experience in the areas of divorce, property settlement, child custody and support provides insight and guidance to clients who may be confronted with a decision to settle their case or to present their issues to a judge. Our attorneys discuss strategies together to help get the best results for you. You can put the knowledge and practical experience they have acquired in these areas to save you money, time and stress.

In some cases, especially those involving child custody, the court may require mediation before litigation. Mediation enables couples to reach amicable agreements regarding issues such as property division, spousal support and child custody. Our assistance during the mediation process, particularly in cases of child custody, can be very helpful in evaluating how to proceed.

We offer the level of legal services you need.

Attorney Muriceak, Attorney Witt and Attorney Donivan skillfully guide clients through the process of filing a divorce action, whether contested or uncontested. Not all divorces are expensive, contentious legal battles. Many couples understand that their marriage is ending and can handle many of the details amicably. Contact our offices to learn more about how we can help you get through the divorce process your way.
