IN THE CASE OF A BANKRUPTCY PAYMENT, THE ENTIRE BALANCE WILL BE CREDITED AND THE CLIENT WILL REMAIN RESPONSIBLE TO PAY THE TRANSACTION FEES EVEY BLACK ATTORNEYS LLC IS CHARGED PLUS A $10 SERVICE CHARGE.
