William R. Brenner was born on April 27, 1971, in Bedford, Pennsylvania. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics in History in 1993 from Juniata College in Huntingdon, Pennsylvania, graduating cum laude. He obtained his Juris Doctor in 1996 from The Dickinson School of Law, Carlisle, Pennsylvania. Mr. Brenner was admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania in 1996 and was admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania in 1997. He is currently a member of the Blair County Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. He is a title agent for First American Title Insurance Company. Mr. Brenner is also a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Bedford, Pennsylvania, a member of the Bedford Rotary Club (Past President) and an assistant martial arts instructor for the Bedford Karate School in Bedford, Pennsylvania. He concentrates his practice in the following areas: Child and Elder Law, Real Estate, Landlord/Tenant, Mortgage Foreclosures, Guardianships, Wills/POA's/Living Wills and General Civil Litigation.
